By accessing and using the services provided by NeesimEra Technologies Limited ("NeesimEra", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2Description of Services

NeesimEra provides technology solutions including but not limited to agricultural technology platforms (Seedify), software development services, AI and machine learning solutions, and related technology consulting services.

3User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services
• Use our services to transmit harmful or malicious content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in Ghana or your jurisdiction

5Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by NeesimEra Technologies Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6Payment Terms

For paid services, payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We accept payments in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and may accept other currencies as specified.

7Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeesimEra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

8Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
